We re-elected the old board and added a Handicap chairman.

Tournament : Andy Hunt, Ryan Garbutt and Mickey Thornton
Trustees : Peter Allen.John Wongsam and Ray Garbutt Sr.

Announced the new tournament schedule of 2 tournaments a month

Discussed the joining of the 2 Associations.

Announced the new dues of $80.00BZD per year.

Discussed the local rules now in play.

Announced the fact of match play and stroke play will be 2 day events.

Meeting was adjourned.
